ABOUT THE DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Processing Time: Before shipping your order, normally we need 2-5 business days to prepare your products. The processing time is separate from the shipping time. Kindly note a small number of orders may still need between 5-7 business days depending on stock availability.We will ship to the address you entered before you pay, please make sure the shipping address is correct. If you want to change the address, please contact us at support@coofandy.com within 12 hours.

Shipping time: Generally, for Global Shipping, it will take 12-25 business days for your orders to reach you, some distance area might take even longer.

For US Domestic Shipping, it will be delivered in 3-7 business days for most US, some distance area might take a bit longer.

Delivery time may vary, especially during the peak periods. Please be more patient.
