Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you don't, we're happy to process a new order or issue you a refund. You have up to 30 days from the date you've received all your items to return or exchange Coofandy's items by e-mail.

Subjective Reason: If you feel that the clothing do not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service within 30 days from the date you've received all your items. You can request a return. Note: If you do not meet the threshold for free shipping and are charged shipping, this fee is non-refundable because the shipping fee was used to deliver the package.

Objective reasons: If you receive a wrong product that is not the same as the one you ordered, you must provide a photo of the wrong product. After verification, we will send you new product free of charge or refund for you.

We will reissue the original order unconditionally in the following cases: The customer provided clear proof of loss; The post office showed proper delivery, and the customer contacted the local post office several times with no results. There was delivery time and waybill number, but no logistic information. Receive a wrong item or broken item.

Order change / Order cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order within 3 days of purchase. And we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. We will process your order cancellation request within one business day of receiving it. Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] after receiving your package. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

How to return?

You can click here to request a refund within 30 days after receiving all packages or contact us by email at support@coofandy.com, our customer service team will process your request as soon as possible. All returns must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Once the returned order has been delivered, our customer service center will process the refund for you.

Pack your clothing securely and leave a note with your name, e-mail, order number, and a brief description of the reason for return so Coofandy can examine the products.

Coofandy would regret it if your clothing was lost during shipping. Therefore, it is recommended that you ship your returns using a trackable method. Please send us the tracking number when you send the product to us.

Notes: Return shipping fees depend on your location, the express company you choose, and the weight of your package; the estimated return fee is between $10 and $20.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

What if my packages are lost, damaged, or delayed?

Our Store offers the Worry-Free Purchase service buying option on the cart page. Currently only available for eight countries US, CA, AU, NZL, FR, UK, NL, DE, ES, IT, BE, AT, PT, IE.

In what kind of conditions can I apply for the claim?

The situation listed below can be covered by the Worry-Free Purchase;

 Lost:

  1. I haven't received my packages even though it shows "Delivered".
  2. My packages are stolen.
  3. I haven't received it for over 30 days.

Damage:

The products are unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc.,

Delay:

Domestic Shipping: Not delivered after the 10 days following order fulfillment are considered delay.

International Shipping: Not delivered after the 30th day following order fulfillment are considered delay.

Supporting docs required to qualify for a claim

Supporting docs required for a claim of damage:

When the item(s) are damaged during transit, we need to evaluate the nature, cause, and impact of the damage. To file and qualify for a claim of damage, the following supporting documents are required:

  1. Clear photo(s)of the carrier packaging and product package
  2. Clear photo(s)of how the item(s) are damaged

The payout amount for damage is determined by the evaluation results, up to 100% of the purchased value, depending on how the damage affects the usability of the item(s). Note that damage in packaging without affecting the item(s) inside, and clear pre-shipment item defects are not covered. The supporting documents you provide will directly affect our evaluation. Please make sure to provide detailed evidence to facilitate your resolution process.

Supporting docs required for a claim of loss:

  1. If the shipment is marked by the carrier "lost", or "delivery" scan 30 days after shipment, you don’t need to provide any additional proof.
  2. If the shipment has shown a "delivery" scan, but was not received, we encourage you to look around in your neighborhood or mail hub first. If, however, you still can’t find your package, we might need one of the following as the supporting document to qualify for a claim of loss:
  • Police report
  • Security footage
  • Carrier letter
  • Written documentation from an authority/leasing office detailing

For scenario"b", if this is the first occurrence of such a situation with your package, Seel will provide compensation without requiring any supporting documents. However, if the same situation occurs a gain, supporting documents will be mandatory.

Supporting docs required for a claim of delay:

No supporting docs are required for a claim of delay. Such cases will be automatically judged based on the tracking info of your package's tracking number.

Seel supports payout in one of the following four options.

  1. PayPal: Supports multi-currency transfers. Funds arrive instantly once the claim is approved.
  2. Venmo: Supports USD transfers, funds arrive instantly once the claim is approved.
