We hope you love your purchase, but if you don't, we're happy to process a new order or issue you a refund. You have up to 30 days from the date you've received all your items to return or exchange Coofandy's items by e-mail.

Subjective Reason: If you feel that the clothing do not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service within 30 days from the date you've received all your items. You can request a return. Note: If you do not meet the threshold for free shipping and are charged shipping, this fee is non-refundable because the shipping fee was used to deliver the package.

Objective reasons: If you receive a wrong product that is not the same as the one you ordered, you must provide a photo of the wrong product. After verification, we will send you new product free of charge or refund for you.

We will reissue the original order unconditionally in the following cases: The customer provided clear proof of loss; The post office showed proper delivery, and the customer contacted the local post office several times with no results. There was delivery time and waybill number, but no logistic information. Receive a wrong item or broken item.

Customers may request to cancel their order within 3 days of purchase. And we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. How to return?

You can contact us by email at support@coofandy.com, our customer service team will process your request as soon as possible. All returns must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Once the returned order has been delivered, our customer service center will process the refund for you.

Pack your clothing securely and leave a note with your name, e-mail, order number, and a brief description of the reason for return so Coofandy can examine the products.

Coofandy would regret it if your clothing was lost during shipping. Therefore, it is recommended that you ship your returns using a trackable method. Please send us the tracking number when you send the product to us.

Notes: Return shipping fees depend on your location, the express company you choose, and the weight of your package; the estimated return fee is between $10 and $20.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Supporting docs required for a claim of damage:

When the item(s) are damaged during transit, we need to evaluate the nature, cause, and impact of the damage. To file and qualify for a claim of damage, the following supporting documents are required:

Clear photo(s)of the carrier packaging and product package
Clear photo(s)of how the item(s) are damaged

The payout amount for damage is determined by the evaluation results, up to 100% of the purchased value, depending on how the damage affects the usability of the item(s). Note that damage in packaging without affecting the item(s) inside, and clear pre-shipment item defects are not covered. The supporting documents you provide will directly affect our evaluation. Please make sure to provide detailed evidence to facilitate your resolution process.

If the shipment is marked by the carrier "lost", or "delivery" scan 30 days after shipment, you don’t need to provide any additional proof.

Quality of material is nice. Doesn't feel like cheap material. Outfit itself looks good and is comfortable on. But I needed to add the boots.

Good quality

Everything fit. Cardigan and shirt has good thickness to it, pants are good too. This should really hold up! I ordered one size larger than I normally wears.

Worth to have one if you like this style

I like this style personally. Then ordered black XL for myself and got the package on 15th Nov. Good in stitching and fabric touching when it arrived. I love the pants design, wth my black shirt is a great-matching as well. About the size, 5'9'',188lbs, you could choose one size down if you like it to be fit.

Good quality

Color is as shown in the pictures. The fabric is nice and soft and it fits well. It looks nice on. There aren't any loose threads or wonky stitching. Overall a nice purchase.

This set is way higher quality than what I was expecting. Fits as shown in the images. I bought the black one, size large. I am 5'7" and 180lbs and it fits well.

These are interesting! They do provide plenty of soft and decent comfort. They fit very well for me, it's just not for me, but it's everything you'd expect from the description and product picture! Chances are, if you saw this and liked the style, you'll love this. It may not be for me, but it's perfect for someone who likes this style because it's still a quality, comfortable, and well-fit set!!
